The 3CDC-PLUS (Central-feeding Dense-medium Cyclone) series pressureless feed three-product heavy medium cyclone is primarily used when there are specific requirements for processing capacity or particle size, especially in situations where the proportion of middlings and gangue is significant, and existing models cannot meet on-site needs. For easily beneficiated coal or power coal, it can significantly increase the processing capacity of raw coal. Haiwang Corporation's independently developed 3CDC series pressureless feed three-product heavy medium cyclone is based on the optimization and upgrade of existing cyclones. The first stage involves optimizing and improving structural parameters, while the second stage adopts a low-pressure jetting large-flow heavy medium design concept, significantly increasing the upper limit of raw coal feed particle size and addressing issues such as blockages in the first and second-stage channels and gangue outlets. The upgraded cyclone also reduces the medium-to-coal ratio, achieving the advantage of increasing processing capacity and gangue discharge capacity.

Technical

l  Dry coal processing capacity increased by 50%, up to a maximum of 70%, and gangue discharge capacity increased by over 40%.

l  Medium-to-coal ratio reduced, with the lowest achievable ratio being (3-3.5):1, resulting in an overall reduction in cyclone feed pump flow and power.

l  Optimized for material particle size requirements, with an increased upper limit to meet a 150mm feed requirement, and a maximum achievable 200mm particle size feed.

l  Overall structural optimization while maintaining high separation accuracy, with first-stage Ep≤0.03kg/l and second-stage Ep≤0.05kg/l.

l  Customized three-product cyclone layout can be arranged parallel, vertical, or in a straight line based on on-site space considerations.

l  Optional integration of Haiwang's independently developed intelligent control and detection technology for coordinated operation of heavy medium product quality and density control. It can also be equipped with a cyclone liner life warning system and blockage alarms.

l  Utilization of high-alumina ceramic lining. This special type of ceramic undergoes pressure molding and high-temperature firing using grinding tools. Each ceramic piece is tailored to meet typical requirements for cyclone curvature and shape. The special high-alumina ceramic has an aluminum oxide content of over 95%, featuring a uniform structure of aluminum oxide particles and excellent sintering characteristics, enhancing wear resistance.

The product is primarily used for process stages with special requirements on single-machine processing capacity or particle size, 

especially in cases where there is a high proportion of middlings and gangue that existing models cannot meet.
