Coarse Coal Slime FBS Separation System Improvement


Process Briefs

1.Classified and concentrated by large diameter classification concentration cyclone, coal slime was ready for entering coarse coal slime FBS separation machine.

2.Passed by the overflow of FBS separation machine, clean coal flow automatically into downstream vibrating sieve bend, coal slime centrifugal machine for dewatering and desliming. Final coarse clean coal product was produced.

3.Tailing coal(mixed coal) would be discharged from the underflow of FBS separation machine, and flow automatically into downstream coal slime high frequency screen for dewatering. And finally tailing coal(mixed coal) product was produced.

Coal Slime Heavy Medium Separation System Improvement


Process Briefs

1.Classified and concentrated by large diameter classification concentration cyclone, coal slime was discharged from the underflow of classifying cyclone and entered into sieve bend for further dewatering and flow automatically into mixing tank.

2.Passed by mixing pump, coarse coal slime and medium were pumped under a certain pressure into new type three-product coal slime heavy medium cyclone for separation. To get coarse clean coal, middling and gangue three products.

3.After predissociation of medium in sieve bend, clean coal and mixed coal flowed automatically into magnetic separator respectively after diluted by recycled water. Qualified medium returned into mixing tank, tailings of magnetic separator is the product.

4.Clean coal magnetic separation tailings entered into sieve bend, high frequency screen, coal slime centrifugal machine for dewatering and became final clean coal product. Mixed coal magnetic separation tailings entered into vibrating sieve bend, high frequency screen for dewatering and became middling coal product.
