Shaking Table Working Principle
Time: 2020-06-23 Font Size

Shaking table is a common equipment in a mineral processing plant. It is widely used for gold, silver, zine, lead, tin, tungsten, iron, manganese, coal separating and etc. It has features of high enrichment ratio, high separation efficiency, easily operation and etc. Then, we are going to give a simple introduction the working principle of shaking table.

Under the combined action of asymmertrically reciprocation motion from both bevel water flow and table surface, mineral particles move to concentrate end. In this way, the movement is codetermined by both two actions. In order to achieve mineral particles move relatively on variable motion shacking table, it could be achieved under condition that the intertia force is higher than the fricitonal force between mineral particles and table surface.

Transmission mechanism must do asymmertrically motion so that different density mineral particles could move from transmission end to concentrate end.
The asymmertrically reciprocation motion from transmission mechanism gives intertia force to mineral particles on table surface, then particles move relatively to table surface. The higher density the mineral particle is, the intertia force it will get. When the intertia force is larger than frictional force, particles start moving on table surface. So we could know that frictional force made particles stay on table surface until intertia force is larger than frictionnal force.

Shaking table working principle: the process of shaking table washing is operated on incline table surface which has rifile lines. Mineral paritcles were fed from table feeding slot, at the same time, feeding water tank fed water crossly. Under vibration wave, mineral particles move breadthwise and lengthways along the surface. They would be separated in different layers and discharged from different positions as concentrate, middlings and gangue.
