Executive Vice President Shuli Wang presented the 2023 annual work report to all staff members of Haisheng Company.

The report pointed out that 2023 marked the beginning of the comprehensive implementation of the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The global geopolitical situation is complex and ever-changing, and the domestic economy has experienced a trend of recovery and stability, with risks and challenges coexisting. In 2023, the completion and commissioning of the 6,000-square-meter spiral workshop and the groundbreaking of the 145-acre environmentally friendly intelligent equipment manufacturing project provided a solid guarantee for the company's sustainable development. Lean 5S quality control and standardized quality improvement were implemented in the production workshop, significantly improving order delivery efficiency. A seminar on wet production technology and comprehensive utilization of tailings in the sand and gravel industry was held in cooperation with the China Sand and Stone Association, fostering sincere cooperation for future mutual success. Academician Shen Zhengchang visited, and leaders from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, as well as various levels of leaders from Shandong Province and Weihai City, conducted multiple research visits, showing deep concern for the company's development. The company was newly recognized with several heavyweight honors, such as the National Postdoctoral Research Workstation, Shandong Province Digital Economy Morning Star Factory, Top Ten Industrial Cluster Leading Enterprises in Shandong Province, and Shandong Province Gazelle Enterprise. The high-end fluid equipment processing and manufacturing digital workshop was named a digital workshop in Shandong Province, empowering the enterprise's development through digitalization. Major achievements, such as the "High-Precision Counterflow Sand Washing Machine," "Continuous Intensified Heavy Medium Cyclone in Density Field," and "Safe and Green Dam Construction Technology for Tailings Pond," have reached international advanced levels, with some technologies leading globally. Significant breakthroughs were achieved in expanding into international markets, and Haisheng's global marketing service network became more perfected.

Mr. Wang emphasized that Haisheng's outstanding achievements rely on 35 years of technological leadership, establishing Haisheng as an industry leader; 35 years of market leadership, building the brand position of Haisheng; 35 years of talent leadership, injecting fresh vitality into Haisheng; and 35 years of management leadership, consolidating the foundation for Haisheng's development.

President Lin Li announced the company's organizational structure adjustment and personnel appointments.

Under the new organizational structure, President Li outlined four core requirements for the leadership team: loyalty and dedication, courage and responsibility, commitment to innovation, and maintaining a clean and upright work style.
