The cyclone for alumina is aiming at the classification of alumina industry. In view of the harsh working environment of high temperature, high alkali and strong abrasion in alumina industry, Haiwang adopts wear-resistant rubber, high aluminum ceramics and wear-resistant polyurethane materials, and combines the latest production process, to develop and produce: bauxite grinding classifying cyclone, aluminium hydroxide crystal seed separating cyclone, red mud concentration, sand removal and iron separating cyclone. Haiwang alumina cyclone is the preferred equipment for alumina industry classification with the virtue of its material characteristics and mature processing technology.

• The improved involute feeding chamber and spiral feeding chamber structure, single cone angle and multi-cone angle structure are used, which has the advantages of large processing capacity and high classifying efficiency. 

• Wear resistant rubber, high aluminum ceramic and wear resistant polyurethane material can be selected, which can take into account the wearing and grading performance under different operating conditions. The best materials are optional according to different operating conditions with long service life. 

Application

• Used for the aluminum hydroxide classification and aluminum hydroxide crystal seed classification in alumina plant. 

• With the improved involute feeding chamber & spiral feeding chamber structure, and dual-body cyclone structure design, the cyclone has large processing capacity and high classifying efficiency. 

• Solids content in the underflow of cyclone is high, fine particles in the underflow is small and the yield is high. 

• Wear-resistant polyurethane material is used, with lightweight structure, high machining accuracy and good wear-resistant performance. The launder flow passing component is lined with wear-resistant rubber and make the lifespan longer than 10 years. 

• The humanized cyclone platform operation is easy for valves ON/OFF and reducing slurry splashing.
