Haiwang WTM series non-pressure three products dense medium cyclone was applied in coal washing and separation since the nineties. Owing to the continuous improvement during the afterward promotion and application, it has been applied in hundreds of coal beneficiation factories. The non-pressured three products dense medium cyclone has various advantages such as non-pressure feeding and so on. Besides that, it washes and separates concentrated coal, middling coal and gangue three products at the same time by using one set of low density suspension, which simplifies the preparation, control, transportation and separation system of one whole set of high-density suspension, saves the capital investment and operation cost , thus getting rapid development.

Technical

• With the patented adjustable vortex finder, it can realize the on-line adjustment of separation density in the second stage.

• With the features like feeding particles size of wide range and strong adaptability of coal property, the feeding upper limit can reach 100mm and lower limit can be 0.3mm.

• Customize the standard model and nonstandard model in line with coal property, process and indicator parameter so as to match the practical production requirement, acquiring the best result （EP1≤0.03kg/l, EP2≤0.05kg/l, separation efficiency≥98%）.

• WTMC series dense medium cyclone has advantages such as less over crushing of material, less secondary coal slime and less wearing on the pump as well as piping system etc.

• The configuration way of the non pressured three products dense medium cyclone can be in parallel, perpendicular and linear configuration etc. depending on the site space.

• Adopt the high alumina ceramic liner and the alumina content of special high aluminum ceramic can reach over 95%, which has the typical even aluminum oxide particle structure and favorable sintering character so as to improve the abrasion resistance.

Application

For the washing process without classification, if the primary coal slime are not of too big particles, the washing of all particle sizes can mostly be done by the non-pressurized three product dense medium cyclone.
