Haiwang, serving as the EPC contractor, successfully completed and commissioned the “Fine Material Powerful Washing Project” for Huangshi Huaxin Green Building Materials Industry Co., Ltd. The project was launched in March 2025 and completed in June 2025, with a total construction period of only three months. Haiwang undertook the entire EPC scope, including process design, equipment manufacturing, procurement and supply, civil construction, steel structure, electrical engineering, non-standard fabrication, automation control system integration, installation and commissioning, and quality control. This achieved the dual goals of “zero shutdown transformation” of the original production line and “stable capacity achievement” of the new system, injecting strong momentum into the quality and efficiency upgrade of Huaxin’s megaton production line.

Located at a key terminal in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, this project is a crucial step in Huaxin Cement’s drive to enhance product quality. The original aggregate production line required technological upgrades with the addition of two washing lines to achieve efficient desliming of 0-5mm soil-removing materials and powerful washing of 5-30mm coarse aggregates. The project required that the technical indicators of sand and stone products meet relevant industry standards. Despite the complex construction conditions and the extremely tight three-month schedule, Haiwang established a strict construction progress tracking mechanism, assigned professional progress management personnel, and implemented highly efficient integration and meticulous management across all stages of design, procurement, and construction, ensuring timely project completion and smooth execution.
