The mining fluidized bed separator is a dry interference settling sorting and grading equipment. The fluidized bed layer inside the separator is a self-generating medium bed layer. When materials with different densities or particle sizes enter the separator, they begin to stratify under the action of the rising flow. High-density and large-particle materials can concentrate at the bottom of the separator through the self-generated fluidized bed layer, while low-density and fine-particle materials flow towards the upper overflow weir of the separator body.
Depending on the different processing techniques and material properties, this equipment can achieve density separation or particle size classification through parameter adjustments.
