Haiwang ZKJ-D multi-layer high frequency vibrating fine screen is a wet screening equipment for fine-particle material, which is developed by Haiwang company with the adoption of the overseas advanced multi-layer design, which can realize the five-way paralleling feeding maximumly with small occupation area and large processing capacity; adopt the originally imported vibration motor, internationally advanced linear motion track, 15-25 degree screen surface inclination, repeated pulping technology, transferring screening materials in fast speed and high screening efficiency; screen frame adopts the originally imported spring suspension support, low noise, low power consumption, small equipment dynamic load, long service life; Adopt the originally imported flexible polyurethane anti blocking screen mesh (screen mesh porosity of 0.1mm), which has features of high efficiency, high open porosity, anti blocking, abrasion resistance and long lifespan.

Technical

• Adopt the imported Martin vibration motor, the excited force can reach 7G (acceleration of gravity)

• With flexible hard wearing PU mesh, mesh porosity 32-45%, mesh service life over 6 months;

• Screen vibration spring adopts the imported shear resistant suspending supporting spring, screen support hardly vibrate.

• All the flow passing parts of the fine screen are treated with abrasion resistance, such as the slurry distributor, lined with hard wearing ceramic, the collection hopper before the screen and after screen is lined with hard wearing rubber and distributor is lined with abrasion resistant polyurethane.

• Multi-layer distributor with patented design, the materials are distributed evenly on each screening layer

• Classification efficiency can reach over 80%.

Application

ZKJ-D multi layer high frequency fine vibration screens can be applied in closed circuit grinding and classification process of iron mining, lead zinc ore, tin ore, tungsten ore etc ferrous and non-ferrous metal mining beneficiation factories, which can obviously decrease the circulation load and over grinding of mill and improve the beneficiation recovery rate through the combination with cyclone.

ZKJ-D multi-layer high frequency vibration fine screen can be applied for coal washing factory, which is used in combination with cyclone, FBS coarse coal slime multiple FBS or LXA coal-use spiral separator for the coarse slime separation.

ZKJ-D multi-layer high frequency vibrating fine screen can also be applied in the classification and desliming of non-metallic mineral separation plants such as feldspar, quartz and kaolin etc.
