       Haiwang FS series mud purification integrated machine will be skid mounted by the Haiwang high-efficiency de-sander cyclone and Haiwang linear vibration dewatering screen, which is mainly used for the sands removal dry stacking working of piling mud and underground continuous wall working. It can recover sands of over 40μm from the feeding material and capacity of single set varies from 150m3/h to 500m3/h with various specifications for option.

Technical

• Skid mount the de-sander cyclone and linear vibration dewatering screen to realize the mud purification as well as the dewatering and dry stacking of recovered tailings with features of less occupation area and environmental protection.

• In line with relatively big fluctuation of feeding volume, system can be configured with the liquid level self-balance system so as to guarantee the continuous and stable operation of cyclone feeding pump.

• For the existing of gravel and chunk in the feeding, system can be configured with slagging dewatering screen, which is designed with doubly layer screen area. • Slags are removed on the lower layer and tailing dewatering on the top layer so as to guarantee the stable operation of cyclone.
