Haiwang ZKJ-D multi-layer high frequency vibrating fine screen is a wet fine-particle material screening equipment developed by Haiwang Company with the adoption of the overseas advanced multi-layer design, which can realize the five-way paralleling feeding maximally with small occupation area and large processing capacity. The equipment adopts the originally imported vibration motor, internationally advanced linear motion track, 15-25 degree screen deck inclination and re-slurry technology with fast transferring speed of screening materials and high screening efficiency. The screen body adopts the originally imported float mounted spring, with low noise, low power consumption, small equipment dynamic load and long service life. The originally imported flexible polyurethane anti-blocking screen mesh (aperture can reach to 0.1mm) has features of high efficiency, high aperture ratio, anti-blocking, wear resistant and long lifespan.
