Patented Technology
The desulfurized gypsum cyclone of power plant developed by Haiwang adopts a variety of patented technologies and advanced wear-resistant material combinations, which have the characteristics of high underflow yield, good concentration effect and long wear-resistant life. It is widely used in more than 1000 flue gas desulfurization projects at home and abroad, and received the consistent praise from customers.

It is mainly used for the pre-concentration treatment of gypsum slurry in wet processes such as limestone gypsum method and double alkali method, which is conducive to the further de-watering of equipment such as vacuum belt machine and centrifuge, realizing the friendly dry stacking of gypsum to the environment and avoiding secondary pollution.


• The advanced short-circuit flow directional suppression technology is used to improve the stability of gypsum slurry feeding and reduce the overflow short-circuit flow loss. 

• The advanced multi-cone nonlinear centrifugal classifying technology is used to effectively improve the centrifugal intensity of the flow field inside the cyclone and optimize the concentration classifying effect; 

• The inner liner design of various high-quality wear-resistant materials effectively improves the operation life of cyclone; 

• Energy saving and environmental protection, the treatment by gypsum cyclone pre-concentration can reduce the energy consumption of de-watering equipment. 


It is mainly applied in the pre-concentration treatment of gypsum slurry in power plants.
