According to the characteristics of high requirement on desulfurizer preparation process index and large fluctuation of material properties in power plant, Haiwang adopts advanced material design and patented structure design to develop a special cyclone suitable for desulfurizer preparation in power plant. It has good wearing resistance, high classifying efficiency, low cycle load and good material adaptability.

In the limestone grinding classification operation of power plant, the ball mill and cyclone form a closed-circuit grinding classification system. The limestone ore is fed into the ball mill for grinding and discharging from the mill is pumped to the cyclone; the cyclone underflow returns to the ball mill to continue grinding, and the cyclone overflow enters into the next desulfurization operation as a qualified desulfurizer. Slurry concentration requirement on the cyclone overflow product is about 30% and the fineness is -325 mesh ≥ 90%.


• The advanced multi-cone nonlinear centrifugal classifying technology is used to effectively improve the centrifugal intensity of flow field inside cyclone, reduce the coarse particles in overflow and improve the classifying efficiency; 

• The advanced turbulent energy consumption reduction technology of internal swirl is adopted to effectively reduce the feeding resistance of cyclone and improve the processing capacity of cyclone; 

• Adopt a variety of domestic leading wear resistant material combinations to effectively improve the operating life of cyclone; 

• Powerful database data analysis to provide customers with the most accurate and perfect technical services. 


It is mainly used in the grinding and classification of desulfurization absorbents such as limestone and carbide slag in power plants.
